This is winston9587 i finally got my cat pack converted to fs22.

Released

added tie down straps to the low loader.
                  added allowAIDischarge = true to the 2 tippers and the 2 tankers.

Hey, thx the pack is great and i love it the only problem i have is that you cant strap down anything on the low-loader.
